DER SPIEGEL - Nachrichten App Reviews

Works fine on the iPhone and I use this app several times a day on it. But although this app is labeled suitable for iPhone and iPad, it is NOT really adapted to the iPad. It uses just the same small screen surface as on the iPhone, leaving lots of blank black space around instead of using the iPads full screen resolution. So actually I prefer reading Spiegel Online in Safari on the iPad but there I miss the features like pack an go etc.

Among German news apps you wont find any better than this one !

Well I guess you need to speak German to profit, but when you do it is my favorite news app.

The app for Germanys most popular news site. Content is good, handling could be better.

Really fast download of content with clear structure and navigation. Has an intuitive look and feel. Perhaps shall have the possibility to insert an indicator that news are updated and user shall refresh the page

It does have a English section on the app and opens up in German but the English part is not hard it find. This app is long over do but it is really good

The app works well, and is easy to use. What could be better: remembering where I was when app was used last time, and ipad optimization.

Its a great educational news magazine especially away from home . I use it on a daily base. The reports are usually written in a more sober way .The one big thing that is my complaint is the long unnecessary advertisement before I can watch a video clip Thats bad

More in depth analytical news than most on line quick fixes, well written, advertising before video clips too long
